\nare interested in applying to be part of HAEi LEAP.<\/p>\n

- Are you a young HAE patient, caregiver, or family member?<\/li>\n
- Are you a member of your country\u2019s HAE organization?<\/li>\n
- Are you able to communicate in English?<\/li>\n
- Are you able to travel independently?<\/li>\n
- Have you spoken to your Member Organization about HAEi LEAP, looked at our inspiration page, and have an idea for a project you can work on?<\/li>\n
- Have you considered the timing of the program, and are you confident you can commit time to completing the education part between April and July 2024 and then a project between July and October 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Youngster: What do you need for your form?
\nEach youngster needs to complete a separate application form<\/i><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/i><\/div>Step 1<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\nYou need to record a short video of introducing yourself (30-60 seconds max) – in English<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/div>Step 2<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\nYou need to write a short description telling us why you want to join HAEi LEAP – in English<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/div>Step 3<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\nA brief description – in your own words<\/b> – of the project you want to work on with your HAE Member Organization – in English<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/i><\/div>Step 4<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\nIf the young person is 16-17 years old, a parent\/guardian needs to sign consent for you for travel on the application form<\/p>\n<\/div>

- Is the young person a member of your HAE organization?<\/span><\/li>\n
- Can the young person communicate in English?<\/span><\/li>\n
- Can the young person travel independently?<\/span><\/li>\n
- Have you and the young person looked at our inspiration page and have an idea for a project you can work on?<\/span><\/li>\n
- Are you and the young person happy to apply together?<\/span><\/li>\n
- Have you considered the timing of the program, and are you able to commit time to check in with the student during the education part and also support their project between July and October 2024?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Member Organization: What do you need for your application?
